Appeal: State v. R.W., #44437-2-II (2013)

State Concedes Trial Judge Erred in Denying Motion to Vacate Conviction: After filing our appeal brief in the Court of Appeals, the State of Washington agreed without argument that a Pierce County Superior Court judge erred in denying our client's motion to vacate her felony conviction. The case was sent back to the Superior Court, where a different judge granted the motion to vacate.
